Jen Yoong Chai

Jen Yoong Chai currently serves as Group Lead R2 at TikTok since July 2020, overseeing a team of 23-30 moderators and driving performance analysis, well-being initiatives, and process improvements within the APAC LIVE division. Prior to TikTok, Jen held the position of Team Manager at Agoda for five years, focusing on staffing optimization, SLA management, and team performance enhancement. Additionally, Jen worked as a Business Development Executive at KPC Manufacturing Sdn Bhd for a year. Jen holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), earned between 2011 and 2014.
