Jiatian Wu

Jiatian Wu is a seasoned professional in the field of technology and engineering, currently serving as a Tech Lead for the Recommendation System at TikTok since September 2021, where focus is on video and e-commerce recommendation systems. Prior to TikTok, Jiatian held the position of Senior Software Engineer in Machine Learning at Nod Labs, specializing in large-scale ads recommendation model training and infrastructure. Experience also includes a role as a Robotics Engineer at XYZ Robotics Inc., developing full-stack industrial robot systems and computer vision applications. An internship at Horizon Robotics involved work on Direct Sparse Odometry with stereo cameras. Jiatian Wu holds a Master of Science in Robotics Technology from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation from Nanjing University of Science and Technology, along with additional education at Imperial College London.
