Lizzi Kania

Lizzi Kania is an experienced professional in creator partnerships and talent management, currently serving as the Creator Partnership Senior Manager at TikTok since March 2022, where Lizzi leads the Top Creator and Public Figure Strategy for TikTok LIVE. Prior to this role, Lizzi worked at Snap Inc. as a Talent Partnerships Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the Head of Content from September 2020 to March 2022. Previous experience includes serving as a Talent Assistant and Executive Assistant at WME, with additional internships at Next Models, Precision, and the United States Senate. Lizzi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Michigan and has also studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
