Vignesh Ashok

Vignesh Ashok is a seasoned professional in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, currently serving as the Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at TikTok since October 2023. Prior to this role, Vignesh was the Vice President and Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at the Wikimedia Foundation from May 2021 to October 2023. Vignesh also held various positions at J.P. Morgan from March 2015 to May 2021, progressing from Associate to Senior Associate and ultimately becoming Vice President of EMEA Diversity & Inclusion. Earlier in the career, Vignesh worked as a Workplace Policy & Research Officer at Stonewall from April 2013 to February 2015. Vignesh holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in International Relations from the University of Cambridge, completed in 2012.
