Adnan Feratovic

Adnan Feratovic, ProFM, RAM, serves as Facilities Manager at Yeshiva University since January 2016, where responsibilities include driving performance through effective people management and employee satisfaction initiatives. Previously held roles include Plant Operation and Maintenance Manager and Site Manager at Time Equities, Inc. Prior to that, Adnan worked with AKAM Living Services, Inc. as a Concierge, engaging with residents and contractors while serving as a union delegate. Additional experience includes Superintendent positions at Universal Investment and Gregory Hall Condominium, focusing on operations and maintenance. Adnan has obtained a Financial Management Certificate from Cornell University and a Refrigeration Operating Engineer Certificate from the Refrigeration Institute, alongside studies at Baruch College.
