Jeffrey Forster

Jeffrey Forster is a seasoned professional in real estate and strategic consulting, currently serving as the Director of the Equity Division and 1031 Tax Exchange at Time Equities, Inc. since January 2016. Prior to this role, Jeffrey founded and was the Chief Executive Officer of Park Avenue Consulting Group, specializing in strategic consulting for early stage companies. Furthermore, Jeffrey held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Pub Co, a publicly traded internet technology firm, and served as President of City Realty Asset Management, Inc. for over 25 years, collaborating with prominent real estate families in New York. Jeffrey also founded Park Avenue Capital, where advisory services were provided to numerous growth companies on corporate communication and financial strategies. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ithaca College.
