Pablo Alves

Pablo Alves is a seasoned professional in the chemical industry with extensive experience in operations and development management. Currently serving as the Plant Operations Manager at Tinting Systems Company since October 2024, Pablo previously held the position of Development Manager for AZO & Preparations at Heubach from March 2021 to August 2024. Earlier in the career, Pablo attained significant expertise as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Clariant from February 2017 to September 2019 and contributed to product development as a Product Expert and Químico II at the same company from August 1999 to December 2016. Pablo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with Technological Assignments from Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes and a postgraduate qualification from Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz.
