Rodney Clemmer

Rodney Clemmer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and engineering management. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Transformation at Titan America, Clemmer has previously held key positions such as Head of Engineering and Product Management for Warehouse Automation at OPEX Corporation and Vice President of Software & Controls at Swisslog Logistics Automation. With a strong background at GE, Clemmer progressed through various roles including Senior Director of Software Engineering at GE Digital and Engineering Director at GE Automation & Controls. Clemmer also contributes to academia as an Advisory Board Member for the Bradley Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Virginia Tech, where an academic background in Computer Engineering was established, complemented by involvement with Crotonville Alumni since 2016.
