Bethany Whitted

Bethany Whitted M.S. is a Senior Consultant and People & Learning Consultant at Titus Talent Strategies since May 2021, where responsibilities include creating training resources to address various business challenges. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Covenant College and a Graduate Assistant at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Bethany collaborates with the Industrial-Organizational Psychology program director to enhance program practices and develop a learning management system. Previous experience includes a Counseling Intern role at the Alliance for Transatlantic Theological Training, where counseling was provided to young women in a church in England, and positions as a Resident Assistant and Small Group Leader. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Covenant College.
