Ikeh Sylvester

Ikeh Sylvester currently serves as the Quality Assurance & Insight Supervisor at Tizeti since July 2024, having previously held the position of MTCNA/UBWA/Customer Service Supervisor at Tizeti Network Limited from June 2023 to June 2024. Ikeh began the journey with Tizeti in September 2018 as a Customer Service and Social Media Representative, demonstrating a strong capability in managing customer relations and engaging with users across various social media platforms. Prior experience includes a role as a Customer Care Advisor at Airtel Nigeria from March 2013 to August 2018, focusing on inbound customer interactions, and as a Teacher at Lilyvale Private School from January 2012 to December 2013, where responsibilities included facility management and public relations. Ikeh earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Imo State University Owerri between 2004 and 2008.
