Jose Rivera

Jose Rivera, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at TLF Apparel since August 2022. Previously, Jose held key HR leadership positions, including Human Resources Director at Renaissance Hotels and Director of Human Resources/Payroll at North Beach Village Resort. Additional experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Carter Hospitality Group and Director of Human Resources/Payroll at Turnberry Ocean Colony. Jose started the HR career as Manager of Human Resources/Payroll at The Surf Club, Inc. Academically, Jose earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and holds various certifications, including a Six Sigma White Belt in Human Resources and a degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Management from Florida Southern College.
