Nicola Cinalli

Nicola (Nick) Cinalli is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the construction industry. As the owner of Cinalli Engineering LLC since January 2017, Cinalli specializes in providing expert assistance for disputes and claims, focusing on facilitating quick resolutions. In conjunction with this role, Cinalli serves as a manager at T&M Associates, a position held since January 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing the integration of a partial acquisition of O'Donnell and Naccarato's Construction Management Division. Prior to these roles, Cinalli dedicated over 40 years to O'Donnell & Naccarato Inc., advancing through various positions to ultimately serve as president before retirement.
