Joan Huffine

Joan Huffine is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Member Care at TM Forum since September 2009, where responsibilities include managing and enhancing member company engagement. Previous roles at TM Forum involved serving as a Business Development Sales Manager, focusing on software certification, and as Webcast Program Manager. Prior to TM Forum, Joan tutored mathematics at Creative Dimensions in Education and held various product management roles at AT&T, including product and service systems development, marketing, and strategic pricing. Joan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from The College of New Jersey, earned between 1971 and 1975.
