Shivani Saxena

Shivani Saxena currently serves as a Human Resources Executive at T&N Business Services Pvt. Ltd since September 2021 and has also been involved with InterviewWala.com as an AM HR/ADMIN since June 2016. Responsibilities include coordinating human resources planning, developing job and manpower descriptions, sourcing candidates, maintaining databases, conducting initial HR interviews, facilitating the selection process, devising compensation structures, and overseeing hiring and joining formalities.
