Dave Pratt

Dave Pratt is an experienced leader in the insurance industry, currently serving as an Advisor and Board Member at TNEDICCA®, which focuses on enhancing traffic safety through data and analytics. Previously, Dave Pratt held various senior positions at Progressive Insurance from January 1991 to January 2023, including President and CEO of ARX Holding Co., where written premiums grew from $1 billion to $2.8 billion. Additional roles included General Manager of Usage Based Insurance, Preferred Marketing Business Leader, and Marketing Business Leader, where Dave Pratt was instrumental in developing strategies and overseeing marketing initiatives. Prior to Progressive, Dave Pratt was a Consultant at Bain & Co. and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSE in Electrical Engineering from Duke University.
