Katherine Berman is an accomplished professional in the hospitality and food service industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Onsite Amenities and Experiences at Toast since September 2021. Previously, Katherine held various leadership roles, including Program Manager for Workplace Experience, Food & Beverage and Director of Food and Beverage at The Hoxton, where significant cost savings and operational efficiencies were achieved. Katherine's expertise extends to managing restaurant openings and enhancing service models during challenging times. With a strong background in staff training, financial management, and event coordination, Katherine has contributed to the success of multiple dining establishments and hospitality projects.
