Rebekah Albright

Rebekah Albright is an accomplished learning and development leader with extensive experience in establishing and enhancing training operations across various sectors, including technology and hospitality. Currently serving as the Director of Learning at Toast since August 2021, Rebekah has spearheaded a comprehensive strategic vision for the global customer and employee learning center of excellence, achieving high employee satisfaction scores and implementing data-driven processes. Previously, as the Director of Training & QA at Guild Education, Rebekah built a robust learning team and created effective training frameworks, while experience at Zillow Group involved leading training initiatives that resulted in significant team promotions. Rebekah's background also includes managerial roles at Marriott Hotels and Hilton Garden Inn, where cost savings and guest satisfaction were priorities. Rebekah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication from Northern Illinois University and an Associate of Arts in Advertising, Design & Illustration from the College of DuPage.
