Tom Swallow

Tom Swallow is an experienced professional in the fields of strategy and mergers & acquisitions, currently serving as Head of Strategy at TOCA Social since January 2023. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Associate Director - M&A at Teneo from June 2021 to January 2023 and worked as a Manager - M&A at Deloitte UK from September 2018 to June 2021. Tom began the career at Deloitte Australia, progressing from Analyst in Assurance to Senior Analyst in M&A Advisory from 2015 to 2018. Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne, obtained between 2011 and 2014, and also attended the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management in 2014.
