Our paths crossed three years ago at Arrival, where we led the design for web, consumer, and in-vehicle apps. Together, we shaped a unique design culture with collaborative workshops at its core, and hired over 30 talented designers. In 2022, we introduced Arrival Arc, a universal in-house design framework. Shortly after leaving, we launched Lettre d'Adieu: The Departure Gallery, an online exhibition of the creative assets our team created during our time 
at Arrival.
