Cassie Hall

Cassie Hall currently serves as the Director of Client Experience at Toggle AI, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Cassie held the title of Director of Customer Experience and Operations at Atom Finance from March 2021 until its acquisition by Toggle AI. Earlier in the career, Cassie worked at DonorsChoose.org, progressing from Customer Experience Associate to Senior Associate in CX Operations & Strategy from December 2017 to March 2021. Cassie's experience also includes positions at Bridge International Academies, where roles encompassed Program Manager and Project Associate from January 2015 to June 2017. Cassie Hall earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from Northeastern University, completing the degree in 2015.
