Shen Chen

Shen Chen currently serves as Vice President of Analytical Development at Tolmar since December 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Director of Injectable R&D at Hikma Pharmaceuticals from November 2020 to December 2021, and Senior Director of Analytical R&D at Alcami Corporation between 2018 and November 2020, where leadership was provided for analytical R&D groups across multiple sites. Prior to that, Shen Chen held the position of Director of R&D at Pfizer CentreOne from 2014 to 2018, overseeing technical strategies for product development and successful NDA submissions. Additional experience includes various R&D roles at Hospira from 2004 to 2014 and Abbott Laboratories from 1995 to 2002. Shen Chen holds a Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from East China Normal University.
