Gustavo Reich is a Research & Innovation Lead at Tomorrow Foods since February 2021, where Gustavo leads research initiatives, manages project implementation, and conducts R&D+i activities to develop new processes and high-value products. Prior to this, Gustavo served as a Plant Startup Coordinator, focusing on plant construction monitoring and process automation documentation. From April 2015 to February 2021, Gustavo worked at INTI as an R&D Process Scientist, overseeing assigned projects and scaling processes for protein extraction and food products, and as an R&D Food Scientist, providing technical assistance for new product development and conducting laboratory trials for bioactive isolation. Gustavo holds a Licenciatura en Ciencia y Tecnología de Alimentos from the University of Buenos Aires and a Técnico en la Industria Alimentaria from Escuela Técnica Raggio.
