Cathy Fackovec

Cathy Fackovec is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in clinical operations and utilization management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations and Utilization Management at naviHealth since June 2014, Cathy has led significant regional market operations while ensuring strategic alignment across business functions in a rapidly growing organization. Previously, as Vice President of Operations at West Penn Allegheny Health System, Cathy managed P&L and fostered collaboration across nine service lines, effectively converting revenue losses into profitability. Earlier roles include leading operational improvements as VP, General Manager, and organizing clinical teams in start-up environments.
