Michael Clancy

Michael Clancy is an experienced leader currently serving as the Managing Director of TOMRA Sorting Australia since January 2017, where responsibilities include managing local assets, strategic planning, ethical governance, and team building. Prior to this role, Michael was the Head of Service & Project Management in Australia, handling day-to-day and strategic operations. Michael's career began at Beeline Technologies as a Cross Product Integration Engineer, and Michael later worked as a Senior Project Engineer at CMA Electro-Hydraulic Engineers, overseeing project lifecycle management. Michael's experience extends to the position of Project Manager at TOMRA Sorting Mining, where leadership of a technology research project was essential. Michael holds an MBA in Management from Macquarie Business School, a Diploma in Project Management, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Queensland.
