Andy Ratcliffe

Andy Ratcliffe currently serves as the Director at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, a position held since February 2023. In addition, Ratcliffe is a Member of the Board of Trustees for Action Tutoring and Generation, roles maintained since February 2022 and January 2018, respectively. Previously, Ratcliffe held leadership positions as Executive Director at Impact on Urban Health and Guy's and St Thomas' Charity. Ratcliffe's earlier experience includes serving as CEO of Impetus – The Private Equity Foundation and Director of Strategy and Development at the Tony Blair Africa Governance Initiative. Academic credentials include an MSc in Comparative Social Policy and an MA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, both from the University of Oxford.
