Alexandra Gierbolini, MBA, is an accomplished professional in training and development with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Training and Development at Romacorp, Inc. since March 2022, Gierbolini has a proven track record in leadership roles, including positions at Fine Spices Brands LLC, Pollo Tropical, and REEF, where significant contributions to operational excellence and human resources management were made. Gierbolini's career began in education as a professor and academic program coordinator, later moving into corporate training and human resources management at organizations such as 100 M Franchise LLC – Restalia Group, SUBWAY International, and Burger King Corporation. Gierbolini holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus on Hospitality Management from the University of Puerto Rico and an MBA from SUAGM (Turabo University).
