Sophie Brousse

Sophie Brousse is an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Currently serving as an HR Auditor at Top Employers Institute since March 2023, Sophie previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Specialist at Symphony, where initiatives included leading the Pride Committee and supporting the Women's network, among various HR projects across EMEA. Prior roles include HR & DEI Specialist at Johnson Controls, where Sophie chaired the JC4e Programs Committee, and Senior Brand Solutions Specialist at Adroll Group. Sophie's academic background includes a Master's degree in Social Psychology from Université Paris Nanterre and a Licentiate degree in Psychology from Université Paris Cité.
