Yuthika Seepujak

Yuthika Seepujak is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Auditor at Top Employers Institute since April 2024. Previously, Yuthika held the position of Head of Human Resources at Mantu from September 2023 to February 2024 and worked at Aspen Global Incorporated in Mauritius from May 2018 to September 2023 as Associate Manager in Talent Management & Development and Senior HR Associate in Talent Development. Prior to that, Yuthika was a Learning, Leadership and Talent Advisor at Barclays from March 2017 to April 2018. Yuthika holds a Master of Education in Leadership and Management from Middlesex University, completed in 2018, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Mauritius, obtained in 2011.
