Kelley Carpenter is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health and community services. Currently serving as the Hospital to Home Transition Coordinator and Case Manager II for Medicaid Waiver at the Top of Alabama Regional Council of Governments since June 2017, Kelley also operates a business specializing in custom vinyl items through Wild Arrow Designs. Previous roles include Program Director and Advisory Board Member for Knight's Village Homeless Transitional Program, where Kelley volunteered to assist clients in overcoming homelessness, and Care Transition Coach at TARCOG, focusing on empowering Medicare patients. Kelley's earlier experience includes working as an Emergency Crisis Response Consultant at Bradford Health Services and managing retail stores at Cellairis and rue21.
