P.D. Robinson, MCP, currently serves as Principal Planner at the Top of Alabama Regional Council of Governments (TARCOG) since April 2020, previously holding the position of Associate Planner. Prior experience includes roles as Planner I / GIS Technician at the Central Alabama Regional Planning and Development Commission from May 2017 to April 2020, and Graduate Research Assistant at the Community of Hope + Mobile Studio | Auburn University for part of 2017, where responsibilities involved applying a Healthy Community Assessment Tool in the Opelika area. Earlier positions include a Planning Intern role at the Central Alabama Regional Planning and Development Commission in summer 2016, and a Volunteer Intern at the City of Birmingham in early 2014. P.D. Robinson holds a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Auburn University (2015-2017) and two Bachelor of Architecture degrees from Tuskegee University (2006-2013).
