Helen Valentine

Helen Valentine is a seasoned professional in partner sales and customer success with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Partner Sales Executive at TopBloc since January 2024, Helen is responsible for developing and executing the Alliances/Channel program for various partners. Prior to this role, Helen held the position of National Alliance Leader at CrossVue, focusing on enhancing partnerships through market insights and reporting. With a long tenure at Workday, from 2011 to 2023, Helen advanced through several key roles, including Head of Partner Communications and Senior Director of Customer Experience, leading initiatives that boosted customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Earlier career experience includes senior leadership roles at Oracle Corporation and Kaiser Permanente, as well as project management at Oracle (formerly PeopleSoft). Helen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
