Kristine Perez-Foley, MSEd., PCC, is the Founder and CEO of The Confidence Network, LLC, a leadership development firm specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). With extensive experience, Kristine serves as a Leadership Coach at Torch, Director of Coaching Services at LatinaVIDA, and DEI Leadership Coach at the University of California, San Francisco, among other roles. Kristine is also a Leadership Consultant and Inclusive Leadership Coach at Korn Ferry, specializing in executive talent management and organizational development. Additionally, Kristine has held various leadership consulting and coaching positions, including Executive Coach at Kincentric and Senior DEI Partner at Modern Executive Solutions. Kristine's educational background includes a Master of Science in Education from Buffalo State University and advanced studies in Spanish Language and Literature from Universidad de Salamanca, complemented by a degree in Women's Entrepreneurship from Cornell University.
