Loren Rosario - Maldonado

Loren Rosario-Maldonado, PCC, is an experienced executive coach currently at Torch and a member of the EQ Community™. As Chief People Scientist at Cultura, Inc., Loren focuses on cross-cultural development in workplace environments. Previously, Loren was a CQ Fellow at the Cultural Intelligence Center, enhancing expertise in cultural intelligence. Loren's extensive background includes roles such as Chief People Officer at Claro Enterprise Solutions, Senior Vice President of People & Culture at DLA, Inc., and Director of Human Resources at Seccion Amarilla USA, L.L.C., where leadership in cultural transformation and organizational growth were key responsibilities. Loren's educational background includes a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and ongoing pursuit of a Doctor of Psychology in the same field from California Southern University.
