Matthew Getzler

Matthew Getzler is a Partner at Torkin Manes LLP since June 2023, previously holding the same title at Minden Gross LLP from January 2010 to June 2023, where expertise focused on corporate, estate, personal, and international tax planning. Prior to that, Matthew served as an Associate at Miller Thomson LLP and Stikeman Elliott LLP, specializing in similar areas of tax planning and estate management. Early career experience includes an Articling Student position at Stikeman Elliott LLP, encompassing various disciplines of law, and summer internships with the Toronto Blue Jays’ Legal and Merchandising Departments. Matthew holds an LLB from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, and a BA in Economics from Huron University.
