Zhara Andrady

Zhara Andrady, CMP-Prosci, currently serves as Manager of Organizational Learning at Greater Toronto Airports Authority since June 2019, leading enterprise-level learning programs to enhance talent retention and employee performance. Previous experience includes a role as Client & Associate Training Manager at ADP from February 2017 to June 2019, overseeing training for various business segments across Canada. Zhara held several management positions at Just Energy, including Call Centre Manager for the US South region and Bilingual Team Manager. Zhara's career commenced at Bell, serving in roles from Training Manager and HR Hiring Specialist to Customer Sales and Service Representative, complemented by early experience as a Branch Manager at Sherwood Digital Copy Centres. Zhara possesses an Hons. Bachelor of Arts from Western University, a Human Resources Management Certificate from Humber College, and a Diploma of Hispanic Studies from Universidad de Salamanca.
