Tamara Burtseva

Tamara Burtseva is an experienced professional with a diverse background in finance and administration. Currently serving as a Clerk at Toronto Police Service since January 2016, Tamara has previously held roles including Collections Officer and Payroll Administrator at AgTa Home Health Care and Nursing Inc., and Accounting & Collections Clerk at AGTA Home Health Care and Medical Supplies. Tamara also has experience as Head of Payments Control Group at Renaissance Capital and as an Accountant at both Renaissance Capital and Raiffeisen Bank. Educational qualifications include a Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation from the Canadian Payroll Association and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation. Tamara is currently pursuing designation with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario.
