Patty Adcroft

Patty Adcroft currently serves as Associate General Counsel at Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Patty worked as an Associate Attorney at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP from January 2020 to August 2023 and at the Law Office of David F. Mills from September 2016 to January 2020. Early legal experience includes positions as a Legal Extern at Chiesi USA, Inc. and the United States Bankruptcy Administrator's Office - Eastern District of North Carolina, as well as an internship with the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee. Patty began a legal career as a Legal Assistant at The Boyette Law Firm. Educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Campbell University, Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and History from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
