Joshua Carr

Joshua Carr has been with Total Communications, Inc. since July 2005, serving as both Supervisor of Data Services and Senior Network/Voice Engineer. In these roles, Joshua is responsible for supporting tier 2 services, handling moves, adds, and change orders, and maintaining the Cisco infrastructure. Joshua is also involved in planning upgrades and projects for Total Communications and its numerous customers. Educational background includes studies at Eastern Connecticut State University and training at New Horizons.
