Total Operations and Production Services (TOPS) LLC is an oilfield equipment rental company specializing in the natural gas compression market. Incorporated in 1996, TOPS focuses on providing electric-driven rentals, sales, and service on intelligent natural gas compressors ranging from 200HP to 3,000 HP. Since 2006, TOPS has increased the size of its compressor rental fleet from 20 units to over 1000 and over 350,000 total active HP.

Located between Midland and Odessa, TOPS services a radius of 300 miles including Big Lake, Big Spring, Ft. Stockton, Kermit, Pecos, Ozona, and Southeastern New Mexico. In October 2015 TOPS opened a satellite office in Carlsbad to better service our fast-growing presence in New Mexico. TOPS employs a first-class staff of field service mechanics, shop techs, and supervisors located throughout West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico.  We are proud to be based in the heart of the Permian.  

TOPS natural gas compressors feature industry-leading technology allowing for complete remote monitoring of all operating conditions, auto/start stop, P&ID loops, remote start/stop, customized SCADA access via web and mobile, and much more.  These value-laden features ensure industry-leading up-time, transparency, and a compressor package built to take advantage of the latest in automation enhancements.
