Raquel Engelbrecht

Raquel Engelbrecht is a seasoned technology manager with a diverse background in software engineering and agile coaching. Currently serving as Tech Manager at TotalPass Brasil since April 2023, Raquel previously held the position of Engineering Coordinator at PagSeguro PagBank from January 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included managing software engineers, backlog management with Jira, supporting Product Owners, and aligning stakeholders. Raquel's experience also encompasses roles as Process Specialist and Program Manager, providing strategic guidance and facilitating agile practices within various business units. Earlier career stages included positions at UOL as a Process Specialist, System Analyst, and Intern, along with a strong foundation in C++ software development for Windows applications.
