Rolanda Anderson

Rolanda Anderson is an experienced professional in institutional effectiveness and educational research, currently serving as the Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Research at Tougaloo College since 2020, along with past responsibilities as the SACSCOC Liaison. Rolanda has contributed to the academic community as a Dissertation Chair at Grand Canyon University and has created courses and conducted educational research at AJS Educational Research. Prior experience includes teaching as an Adjunct Professor at Strayer University and serving as a Program Evaluator at Tougaloo College, with earlier work in data management at Jackson State University. Rolanda holds a PhD in Education Administration & Supervision, an MST in General Physics & Atmospheric Science, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology, all from Jackson State University.
