Cyril FRANCOIS-LUBIN is a professional within the football sector, currently serving as the Éducateur Responsable U10 and Chargé de Mission de Développement du Football at Toulouse Football Club since August 2017, overseeing technical and administrative responsibilities for the U10 category and developing training methodologies. In addition, Cyril holds the role of Entraîneur - Responsable Technique & Développement Moteur Académie, where responsibilities include creating training methodologies and coordinating player development from U7 to U12. Cyril is also the Associé Gérant at PLAY3 FRANCE, focusing on child development through innovative sports programming and consultancy. Previously, Cyril achieved success as the Head Coach for the U16 R1 team at JEUNE ENTENTE TOULOUSAINE, leading the team to a championship and promotion to U17 Nationaux. Cyril obtained a degree from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III between 2016 and 2020.
