Sveva Falletto, GAICD, currently serves as General Manager of Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures at Journey Beyond. With extensive experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, Sveva has held key positions such as Group Manager of Tourism and Hospitality at Jawoyn Association and Chief Executive Officer at Nitmiluk (Katherine) Gorge and Cicada Lodge. This expertise encompasses overseeing operations that attract over 300,000 visitors annually, delivering unique experiences while promoting local culture and heritage. Previous roles include Managing Director at Pt. Active Waters, Sales & Marketing Manager at Island Xpress, and various management positions in tourism from 1999 to 2008. Sveva holds a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration from Curtin University, a Graduate Certificate in Marketing from Cornell University, and completed the Company Director Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2018.
