The Community and Outreach Team at Towards Employment is dedicated to building relationships with local organizations, employers, and community members to promote employment opportunities for individuals seeking self-sufficiency. They organize outreach initiatives, coordinate programs, and engage with alumni to support career development and reentry efforts, fostering a stronger, connected community in Northeast Ohio.
