Director Team

The Director Team at Tower Behavioral Health is responsible for overseeing various specialized departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based mental health care. This multidisciplinary team focuses on maintaining clinical excellence, improving patient outcomes, and enhancing operational efficiencies. Each director leads their respective area—quality and performance improvement, outpatient services, clinical services, risk management, admissions and utilization management, facilities and safety, and business development—collaboratively working to address acute psychiatric and behavioral health needs while optimizing overall hospital performance.
