Kyle McDonough

Kyle McDonough is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate lending and structured financing. Currently serving as Principal at Tower Capital, LLC since January 2015, Kyle has been instrumental in providing customized financing solutions, successfully facilitating over $500 million in funding. Prior to this role, Kyle was the Director at Artemis Realty Capital, overseeing the execution of over $175 million in loans and funding more than 6,500 multifamily units. Kyle's background also includes significant positions at Serinova Financial, Merrill Lynch, and New York Life Insurance, where expertise in client relationship development and financial consulting was demonstrated. Additionally, Kyle served in leadership roles with the Min-Aqua Bats Waterski Team, showcasing skills in program development and revenue generation.
