Carolina Beach is a coastal town of 6,000 full-time residents located in New Hanover County, 15 miles south of Wilmington, NC. The Town of Carolina Beach provides the following services for the community: Police, Fire, Building Inspections, Code Enforcement, Parks and Recreation, Water, Sewer, Waste Water Treatment, and Stormwater Management, and Refuse/Recycling disposal.
