Karen Stegman

Karen Stegman is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Director of Innovation Partnerships at RTI International, where responsibilities include integrating innovation across various sectors and strengthening partnerships. With extensive experience in business development, Karen has held key leadership roles at organizations such as JSI and IntraHealth International, where efforts focused on expanding global health initiatives, cultivating donor relationships, and enhancing organizational efficiency. Additionally, Karen serves as a Council Member for the Town of Chapel Hill, NC, and has a strong background in program development and management in various community-oriented roles. Karen holds a Master's degree in Education from Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree in Comparative Literature from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
