Luke Bolinger

Luke Bolinger, CPRP, currently serves as the Development & Neighborhood Services Division Manager and previously held the role of Community Partnership & Special Projects Manager for the Town of Erie since June 2018. Bolinger's work focuses on enhancing departmental assets through a comprehensive Capital Improvement Plan and active participation in various planning efforts. Prior experience includes overseeing arts and culture programs at the Town of Windsor Colorado as Recreation Supervisor and coordinating mentorship initiatives at Salute Colorado. Bolinger’s background also encompasses grant management with Great Outdoors Colorado, facility management as Gym Attendant in Thornton, and a decade of service in the United States Marine Corps, culminating in the role of Headquarters Platoon Sergeant. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Recreation, Sport, and Tourism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Tourism, and Hospitality from the University of Northern Colorado.
