Katherine Pearce

Katherine Pearce, aPHR, is an experienced professional in the insurance and customer service industries, currently serving as an Account Manager at Towne Insurance since September 2024. Previously, Katherine was a Commercial Insurance Client Service Representative at Triangle Risk Advisors, Inc., where responsibilities included administering audits on renewals, endorsements, and invoicing, as well as creating proposals for new and renewal business. As a Client Service Specialist at McGriff, Katherine focused on the Surety Department, serving construction clients and managing the bond lifecycle. Katherine also owned and operated Kathe, LLC at Klip Chicks Salon from June 2011 to March 2023, successfully overseeing all aspects of the business and maintaining comprehensive bookkeeping functions. Currently pursuing education at Wake Technical Community College, Katherine holds an aPHR certification.
